I've been immensely looking forward to revealing this set-piece. The Games Kennel hobby shop was one of the first locations I came up with for the series, following just behind Brindle Hall and the Sheriff's office. Barkham's one of those isolated towns that has a small handful of places ideal for fulfilling social needs, and Mark's shop is probably the only one that directly appeals to geek and gaming cultures. For some of these dogs, it's almost like a second home, holding the same significance to them as Sunnydale's Bronze, New York City's Tropicana Club, Pop's Chock'lit Shoppe in Riverdale, the Rovers Return in Albert Square, or the Angel Grove Gym and Juice Bar. Do you have a favourite set from a show?

It's the sort of place I'd love to spend time in. Glad you like the hat! Golden F. and I decided at a pretty early point that despite our cartoon inspirations, our characters would change up their clothes from day to day.
As an overall thing, the whole camp for the 4077 from the MASH TV series. While there were plenty of smaller sets from the show (The Officers Club, Post Op, Operating Theatre, Mess Tent), all of them together are what bring this set and the show to life.
As a stand alone set from a show, always gone love Quarks Bar from Deep Space 9. That, and the house from the Addams Family (any version of it, because god damn it I want that house!).
This place looks so much fun! And a lot more approachable than my 'local' (read 45 minutes away) game shop that is just sterile.
My favorite sets? Well, in a movie, it would have to be the kitchen in Practical Magic. Its huge with so many interesting things all around it. Man I want that kitchen. TV show wise is a little trickier for me. In 2 Broke Girls, I actually really love when they're in the diner. Its dirty and greasy and has the best characters. In The Nanny, I always looked forward to when they went to Fran's mother's house. Its so different from the lush manor we're used to.
